The Life Adjustment Program (LAP) is a Hilltop program.

Hilltop’s Life Adjustment Program is a community for adults with brain injuries promoting choice, dignity, and wholeness.
LAP was created in 1985 to help brain injured-adults re-discover meaning in their lives. LAP is a highly unique program that provides a modern environment of choice for brain-injured adults where they can receive acknowledgement and support as individuals, rather than patients. This very special program is nationally recognized by CARF, Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities, and is dedicated to giving brain-injured adults the chance to reclaim integrity, wholeness and independence.
